Our role as a platform
AJ Cosmo Labs connects independent Clients, Chemists, Manufacturers, Distributors, and other specialist professionals so they can transact with one another. AJ Cosmo Labs itself is not a manufacturer, formulator, chemist, or distributor of record for any product listed, validated, produced, or sold through the platform, and does not take title to any formulation or physical good exchanged between users.
Regulatory responsibility
Chemists, Manufacturers, Clients, and Distributors are each solely responsible for the legality, safety, labeling, and regulatory compliance of their own formulations, products, and business operations, including compliance with FDA regulations and any other applicable cosmetics, health, or consumer-product laws in the jurisdictions where they operate or sell. AJ Cosmo Labs does not review formulations for regulatory compliance and does not warrant that any formula, product, or service listed on the platform complies with any particular law or regulation.
Prohibited products
AJ Cosmo Labs is a platform for cosmetic and consumer-product formulation, validation, and contract manufacturing only. Pharmaceutical drugs, controlled substances, and any unapproved, illegal, or unregistered chemical substances are strictly prohibited on the platform. Listings, formulations, or transactions that violate this policy are removed and may result in account termination. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
