Effective October 19, 2026. By applying to or participating in the AJ Cosmo Labs affiliate program (the "Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to this Affiliate Agreement and to the Terms of Service, between you and AJ Cosmo Labs LLC ("AJ Cosmo Labs", "we").
1. Eligibility and approval
You must hold an AJ Cosmo Labs account in good standing. Every application is reviewed, and we may approve or decline any application at our discretion. Referrals made before approval are recorded, but commission is earned only on payments made after approval.
2. Referral attribution
A referral is credited to you when a new user (a) signs up within 60 days of clicking your referral link, or (b) enters your referral code within 7 days of creating their account. Each user can be attributed to only one affiliate, and attribution cannot be changed once made. You cannot refer yourself or any account you own or control.
3. Commission
Commission is a percentage of platform net revenue — the amount AJ Cosmo Labs actually receives from a referred user's payment after sales tax and the payment-processor or app-store fee. It is never calculated on the customer's gross price. Where a store does not report its exact fee or tax, a conservative estimate is used and shown as an estimate on your statement.
- Subscriptions: for as long as the referred user's subscription remains active.
- Marketplace transactions: on completed escrow transactions in which the referred user is the buyer or seller, for 12 months from attribution. No commission is paid on transactions between you and a user you referred.
The current rates are: Starter 15% (0+ active paying referrals); Pro 20% (5+ active paying referrals); Elite 25% (25+ active paying referrals); Ambassador 30% (100+ active paying referrals). Your tier is recalculated regularly. An upgrade applies to the whole calendar month in which it occurs; a downgrade takes effect from the next month. Total affiliate commission on any single transaction never exceeds 30% of platform net revenue.
4. Holds
Each commission is held for 30 days (card payments) or 60 days (App Store purchases) before it becomes available, so refunds and chargebacks can be accounted for.
5. Payouts
Available commissions are paid monthly, on or about the 15th, when your available balance is at least $50; smaller balances carry over. Payouts are credited to your AJ Cosmo Labs wallet. An approved W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (non-US persons) must be on file before any payout. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. Each payout comes with an itemized statement.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and clawbacks
If a payment that generated a commission is refunded, charged back or reversed, the commission is reversed. If it has already been paid, the reversal is deducted from future commissions. We keep an append-only record of every commission and reversal; earned amounts are never silently edited.
7. Promotion rules
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and similar laws. You must not:
- make false or misleading claims about AJ Cosmo Labs, its pricing, or its results;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- bid on "AJ Cosmo Labs" or similar brand terms in paid search, or impersonate AJ Cosmo Labs;
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, bots, incentivized sign-ups that do not disclose the incentive, or any other artificial traffic;
- promote on sites or channels that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Fraud and suspension
We may withhold, reverse or cancel commissions, and suspend or terminate your participation, if we reasonably believe referrals were obtained through fraud, self-dealing or a breach of this agreement.
9. Changes
We may change the rates or these terms with notice. Changes apply only to commissions earned after the change takes effect; commissions already earned keep the rate and terms they were earned under.
10. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. On termination for any reason other than fraud or breach, commissions already earned are paid once they clear their hold and meet the payout minimum.
11. Relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship, and you may not make commitments on behalf of AJ Cosmo Labs.
12. Liability
The Program is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, AJ Cosmo Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability under this agreement is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the preceding 12 months.
